UzTransfer is a request-based platform: prices shown are indicative rates for transfers, trains, flights, hotels, and restaurants across Uzbekistan. Submitting a request is not an instant, confirmed booking — it's a message to our team, who then confirm availability directly with the actual supplier (driver, hotel, ticket office, restaurant, or airline).

No payment is collected through this website. Once your request is confirmed, we'll arrange payment with you directly, outside the site.

Listed prices reflect our standard rates at the time they were published and are subject to change and to supplier availability. We'll always tell you the final confirmed price before you pay anything.

If something you requested isn't available, we'll let you know and help you find an alternative — you're not obligated to accept it.

Please provide accurate contact details and travel information in your request so we can confirm it correctly. You're responsible for having any required travel documents (passport, visa, tickets) for your trip.

For transfers, trains, flights, hotels, and restaurants, we act as an intermediary arranging the service with the relevant local supplier on your behalf. The supplier is responsible for actually delivering that service (the driver, the hotel, the airline, etc.). We select suppliers we trust, but we're not liable for matters outside our reasonable control, such as flight delays, weather, or a supplier's own conduct.

Because every booking is confirmed manually and payment is arranged directly with you, cancellation and refund terms will be agreed with you at the time of confirmation, before any money changes hands.

The text, design, and listings on this site belong to UzTransfer. You're welcome to browse and share links, but please don't copy the site's content for your own commercial use without asking us.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version always applies to requests made after it's published.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where UzTransfer's services are based and delivered.
