When you send a booking request or a travel-agent partnership inquiry, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, travel date, party size, and any notes or messages you add.

When you browse the site, Google Analytics automatically collects standard usage data — pages viewed, approximate location (from IP address), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is aggregated, not tied to your name unless you also submit a form.

Request details are used for exactly one purpose: so our team can contact you back over WhatsApp or email to confirm your booking or partnership inquiry with the real supplier. We don't use it for anything else.

Analytics data is used to understand which pages and listings are useful to visitors, so we can improve the site.

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Your request details pass through the following services in order to function: Supabase (our database host, stores your request), WhatsApp / Meta Platforms (if you choose to send your request via WhatsApp), and your own email provider (if you choose email instead).

Google Analytics (Google LLC) processes anonymized usage data as described above.

Netlify hosts the website itself.

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. We don't use any other tracking or advertising cookies.

Submitted requests are kept in our database for our own business record-keeping (so we can look back at what was requested and when). You can ask us to delete your request data at any time — see Contact below.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing or WhatsApping us using the contact details on this site.

UzTransfer is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.
